The Elk

The Elk Public House has been a Spokane classic since it first opened its doors in 1999.

SWEET HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH
A panko breaded chicken breast is pan-fried and topped with melted Swiss cheese and peppered bacon. Served on a toasted bun with mayo, tomato, lettuce and a sweet-hot mustard sauce. Accompanied by your choice of roasted corn pasta salad or Tim’s Cascade chips or potato salad. $18

GREEK CHICKEN LINGUNI
Onions, garlic, roasted red bell peppers and artichoke hearts are sautéed with red chili flakes then tossed in a light white wine cream sauce with linguini noodles. Topped with a rosemary-lemon marinated and grilled chicken breast garnished with smoked feta cheese and served with sliced French bread. $20
