APPETIZERS

BLACKENED CHICKEN QUESADILLA- A flour tortilla stuffed with blackened chicken breast, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, red onion, cilantro and red chili flakes.  Served with a side of Cajun smoked onion dip. $7.95

CHEESEBURGER QUESADILLA – A flour tortilla stuffed with grilled burger, crisp bacon, onions, pickles and American cheese. Served with a side of fry sauce for dipping. $7.25

ROASTED GARLIC & ONION BREAD – French bread slices loaded with oven roasted onion, garlic, and butter.  Served hot. $4.95 Half order $2.95 Add melted gorgonzola cheese. $2.00/$1.00

CHIPS AND SALSA – Fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and chipotle peppers combined for the tastiest salsa in town.  $4.25

CAESAR – Our own dressing, made without raw eggs, tossed with crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons. $8.50 Half salad $5.25

SOUTHWESTERN TACO SALAD – Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with black beans, tortilla chips, red onions, fire-roasted corn, Monterey jack cheese and a creamy barbecue/chipotle pepper dressing. $8.50 Half salad $5.25

HONEY CHIPOTLE SALAD- Romaine lettuce tossed with apples, red onions, golden raisins, candied pecans and a honey/chipotle dressing. $8.50 Half salad $5.25

HONEY & BACON SPINACH SALAD – Tender spinach, mushrooms, crisp bacon, onions, parmesan cheese and tomatoes tossed with a honey vinaigrette dressing. $8.50 Half salad $5.25

SANDWICHES

or Tim’s Cascade regular or jalapeño potato chips.**

*THE MOON BURGER – A six ounce, lean, hand formed patty, char-grilled and topped with melted cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. Served with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted bun. $9.50

CUBAN PORK – Seasoned pulled pork, sliced ham, mayo, yellow mustard, Swiss cheese and a pineapple/pickle relish served warm on a toasted French roll. $9.50

TRADITIONAL REUBEN – Slow cooked corned beef, melted Swiss, our house made sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing all piled on toasted rye bread. $9.95

*MEDITERRANEAN LAMB BURGER- A rosemary infused lamb burger char-grilled and served on a grilled bun with melted goat cheese, oregano pesto mayo and grilled vegetable relish. $8.95

JALAPENO BEAN BURGER – A hand formed bean patty featuring Anasazi beans and jalapenos topped with jack cheese. Served on a toasted bun withsun dried tomato/chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato and red onion. $8.50

BUFFALO CHICKEN – A lightly breaded chicken breast topped with our own hot sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and a carrot/cabbage slaw, served on a toasted bun with blue cheese dressing.  $9.50

FRENCH DIP ROYALE – Thinly sliced top sirloin piled high on a toasted French roll with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese and horseradish mayo.  Served with a side of Au Jus.  $9.75

CROQUE MADAME- A traditional grilled cheese sandwich featuring Black Forest ham and Gruyere cheese on toasted Sourdough topped with a medium egg, served with your choice of soup or salad. $9.95

SPECIALTIES

SALPICON – A traditional Texan beef taco with shredded beef, chipotle peppers, jack cheese, red onions, cilantro and roasted pablano peppers.  Served with warm flour tortillas, green rice and an Ancho aioli. $10.95

TACOS DE PESCADO – Two warm flour tortillas stuffed with crispy beer battered cod, shredded cabbage and Mexican white sauce. Garnished with a lime wedge, a radish and a roasted jalapeño and served with Mexican style rancho beans.  $10.25

RAVIOLI ALFREDO- Roasted garlic and three cheese raviolis topped with an Alfredo cream sauce.  Garnished with basil pesto and crushed walnuts and served with sliced French bread.  $12.50

CHICKEN CAESAR SOFT TACO – A grilled chicken breast tossed with romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and our Caesar dressing stuffed into a warm flour tortilla and served with a chipotle roasted corn pasta salad.  $9.25

74th ST. GUMBO – Inspired by Seattle’s finest Ale House. Chicken, sausage, shrimp, and vegetables in a traditional sauce served over rice. It’s hot!!!  $8.00 Cup $4.25

IDAHO RUBY RED TROUT- Lightly breaded, pan seared and oven finished trout topped with a lemon cream sauce and served with bacon/smoked cheddar potato cakes. Garnished with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge. $12.95
